We used Motown Taxi after our wedding to get a bridesmaid back to the airport! The flight kept getting delayed but Motown Taxi was so accommodating and patient with us having to adjust times. Had a great experience overall- driver, vehicle, and communication from the company!

I got taken by Ambulance to the E.R. on a Sunday night
I had no ride home.
I called the taxi cab company.
They told me they can't get me a cab until Monday morning
What's wrong with this picture?
What's wrong is they basically expected me to wait 9 hours in the Lobby.
All my experiences with cabs are you call them and they come pick you up, they definitely need a logistics makeover

Always late come after appointment time or don't show up. Horrible taxi service. But I can say to sometimes they come fast on just calling a taxi.but for transportation to doctor Horrible

Never on time, I actually lost my job because I expected them to be able to pick me up on time for work if I pre booked for the next day. Most of the cabbies seem like there on drugs. It's ridiculous!! Worst cab company I have ever had to use.

Yours is the worst and most unreliable transport service I have EVER had the displeasure of trying to use. MULTIPLE times that we have attempted to use your service, there have been multiple hour delays, even when we scheduled a ride HOURS in advance of when we needed it!

We've had to reschedule medical appointments that Modivcare / Logisticare booked rides for through you. We've missed entire shifts at work when our car was in the shop because you simply can never turn up on time.

Today is the LAST straw— we called at 7 pm last night to try to get a ride to go pick up our stranded car and get it the less than a mile home it needed to go. At 9:30 pm we had to call and cancel because it was pitch black out already. We called again this morning at 8am, and still had no driver by 10am. We finally cancelled the ride and just got a Lyft since even though there's barely any drivers at least they're RELIABLE.

But it turns out our car got towed at 9am and now wee have to pay almost $200 that we absolutely do NOT have to get our car back, all because Motown Taxi is a sham of a company. You guys suck SO MUCH! I'm leaving a scathing review on every platform I can possibly find, and seriously looking in to if we can sue you for this stupid unnecessary towing bill that we never would have gotten if you could just either SHOW UP ON TIME or be honest about your wait times instead of jerking people around to squeeze every cent you can out of folks who unfortunately have to rely on you when you obviously don't have enough cars to cover things. I have never been so livid at a company in my life.
