We are extremely pleased with the Sierra we bought from Lawrence Hall GMC. The sales staff, Keith Terry, was great. We especially appreciate his patience and flexibility in getting us into the vehicle we wanted. We live in a very rural part of Colorado. Keith and Debbie were able to put together all the paperwork needed via telephone and several communications via text. This is the second time I’ve bought a vehicle from Lawrence Hall in Anson, Texas. I have nothing to say except that this time was just as good as the first time I bought my GMC from them. They were great to work with from start to finish. John Speer was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to decide and ensure that we were happy. The GMC Canyon is an excellent truck!

I had no issues with the salesman.
The issues began with GM not shipping parts in a timely manner.
My vehicle was in the shop over 30 days.
Issues worsened due to lack of communication from Service Department.
No one from the service department took the time to call me to tell me my vehicle was repaired. I found out from my salesman.
GM and their lack of parts are at the root of my dissatisfaction.
Beyond that, my experience with the dealerships Service Department was frustrating to say the least.

Everyone at the Anson dealership is very professional and kind. I am irritated that this Lawerence Hall will not accept my Fidelity maintenance plan and warranty that I paid extra for, but the one in Abilene will. Unfortunately, I will have to take my vehicle to Abilene from now on for maintenance and service because of this.
