Her practice is really attentive to the body and it doesn't matter if you're new to yoga or not, i think you'll find her classes really warm and inviting. I have practiced with Didi the Yoga pregnacy course, I really recommened it.
The course strengthened my body for the birth and was very relaxing and so fun. Finally it helped me to deal with natural childbirth without painkillers.
