Bolt On is a must have for shops that have are running Mitchell. Seamless integration makes your shops ability to text and incorporate digital inspections for your customers. Max and Nick have been extremely helpful in many situations. The texting message manager is the best I've used. Canned responses and review links make it easy to communicate with the customer.

Have been a loyal customer since 2017.. customers love the almost instant communication between the report pro and messaging. These both cut the communication time in half which means turning bays and keeping customers happy. Occasional issues ( as with any software program) yet Nick and the team always get us back up and running quickly. Nick rocks!

We have been working with Bolt On for almost a decade. Not only do their products streamline our shop services and save us time, but more importantly, every time I call, Nick knows us by name and understands exactly how we operate-- making it even more efficient and easy to work with. Our relationship with Bolt On has been great and we have been using them for years. We tried a competitor for a few months but ultimately came back because of the service.
