Whoever is running this private company from the sky box needs to come down and change policies and procedures, not just review and research as lip service. I do not see any benefit to costing VA. citizens exorbitant bills. Figure out how not to have the
bridge be costly to the citizens who let it be built.

Nice people driving, quick service. They can get on Post access to Dam Neck/Little Creek. Good choice to avoid driving.

I am so glad I have finally found a taxi business that has drivers with military base access! I needed to get to the air terminal at Oceana Naval Air Station, and Alba came through. It was an easy drive from Virginia Beach to Oceana, I will use this business again.

I have had the pleasure of using Alba several times to get to the airport early in the morning. They give me a call in the morning to confirm and always arrive on time, if not early. They run a punctual and professional operation and I can always rest assured they they will follow through on their reservation. The last ride I had was with Alban and it was a great experience. Really cool guy who went above and beyond to make sure I got to the airport on time and was able to use my preferred method of payment. It's an easy choice to book a ride with Alba.

I do not have the Uber or Lyft app. I try to use local taxi's. Well I am pretty darn glad I chose this taxi company. They went above and beyond, helped recommend a tow company, (our vehicle has broken down), taxied my husband and myself back and forth between the dealership and the car rental place. Very, very friendly cabbies and clean vehicles. Thank you for all you guys did for us today.

Unfortunately, my experience was very bad, i was needing a ride due to an emergency, called and the dispatcher was very rude, i am new in town, and i do not know the name of the places by heart, confirmed i was placed in certain mall, shared the information i had at hand at the moment and he just stated and quote: "Call me back when you know where you really are" and just hang up on me.

2 minutes later, i called with the whole information, and he still had the same attitude, but due to i sharing more info, he agreed to try to get someone to call me back, then i received this call several minutes later.

Poor service and bad customer service i will not recomend this service at all
