So this place is just out to make your money. They don't really care about you. I got my ears waxed a month ago and the guy did not say anything about oh we will not do this unless you get a haircut next time and he also charged me $5 more than what it said on the website and I still tipped. My first experience with this place was during covid and when all the barbers were shut down except for a little bit of time they charged me $75 for a haircut then, Yes the haircut was nice and the and the service was great but still who spent $75 on a haircut you can get from a salon for $20.... Would not recommend this place unless you have the money to waste and don't go in with a set price cuz you never know what they'll charge

Cool spot in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Generally available for a walk in with a short wait. Barbers are friendly and know what they're doing. Decor is old school and monkey themed. Enjoyed the beer with my haircut. Like many an old school barber shop cash appears to be appreciated.

These guys are really good, and the place is cool. I initially started going to another place because it was convenient and on my way home. I didn't like it there, so I tried another place, but I was disappointed again. I ended up back here and realized it's worth going out of my way to come here.

Daniel is hands down the best barber in DTLA. I started seeing Daniel when my boyfriend was (and still is) getting his hair cut by him. Since then I’ve tried a few styles, any Daniel is always willing to work with me through the whole process, including touching up and adjusting anything I notice days later.

Men’s or Women’s cut, he’s your guy. Go see Daniel.

I've been here a number of times over the years and have ALWAYS gotten really good haircuts. The best haircuts in my life have come from here. Each time, I don't pick a style, just ask the barber to do their thing. Last couple of times a dude named Ricardo (I believe), hooked me up big time. Must visit!

Hispanic barber with glasses is cool, old white guy with silver hair and beard what a pathetic human being. Witnessed him pickup a phone call someone had asked if there was any barbers available, Hispanic barber was busy cutting my friends hair so the white guy asks him what time is he staying here till, the Hispanic asks for the phone so he may be able to talk to the potential client but instead the white guy asks again in a rude tone “ what time are you staying here till” Hispanic once again asks him for the phone so he can talk to potential client but then white guy angrily tells potential client that there’s no one available. Hispanic barber reasonably upset tells him that’s not cool what he did and you don’t do that to a potential client. White guy then tells him “you should have answered the question then “ in a rude tone and then puts back his airpods in and ignores him. Jesus Christ dude you’re too old to act like a child
