Estupendo !!! Un taxi con mucha educacion. Llamé a la compania para que recogieran a mis padres mayores. Aunque llegaron muy tarde, no le conbraron suplemento. El hombre hasta le subio las maletas en el piso para que no cogieran peso.

Very impressed with the service. Two days before arriving to Madrid, I booked one way return trip from my hotel to the airport and got a confirmation quickly. Before arriving, I decided I would take a cab to the hotel but I changed my mind and contacted the company to book a pick up as well. They booked me no problem and I only gave them 2 hrs notice! Rafa, our driver was at the airport on time, he sent me a message to let me know he was waiting outside. He helped me with the bags and waited while I got cash from the machine (you need to pay in cash). He had water ready for us, he was very nice, polite, well dressed and helpful. He was simply amazing!! The car was sparkly clean. He even pointed to some sightseeing spots and recommended others we should visit. Also, he was very funny - that was a plus. What a Nice welcome to Madrid! The return trip to the airport was good too. Right on time. I‘ve booked car services (personal and corporate) all over the world and this is by far one of the best services I’ve experienced. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely fantastic service. Our plane arrived four and a half hours late and thankfully our driver was waiting for us. Loaded all luggage, cases, golf clubs, baby pram into mini bus which was spotlessly clean. Very safe driver (have had some horrendous drivers when in Europe). On our return journey, same driver, arrived on time and as with the previous journey, same great level of serviceve. Would certainly use this company again.

Solhop was a great choice for our airport pickup. The booking process was easy and confirmation received relatively quickly. Our driver was fantastic. He was right there at the exit and waited patiently as we stopped to get a coffee before going to the car. We had a fantastic Mercedes Van for 2 of us and the driver insisted on loading the bags himself. We arrived quickly to our destination and he helped with unloading the bags. Very friendly and professional. We will use the service again.

We were extremely pleased with our transfer service from the Madrid airport to our hotel. Our driver was waiting for us on time after our long day of travel from Seattle. He was patient, courteous and friendly. The vehicle was spacious and clean. We will definitely use this service again.
